(1) The content provided on this website is for information purposes only and does not consist of financial, legal, tax, accounting or any other recommendations. The use of this material is the sole responsibility of the user.
(2) JOVEM APRENDIZ may change the form and content, as well as suspend or cancel, at its sole discretion, at any time, any of the services, products, utilities or applications made available on the site.
The information available on the site may be updated or modified from time to time and should not be interpreted as definitive.
(1) JOVEM APRENDIZ will use its best efforts to keep the information and materials contained on this site organized, up-to-date and complete, whenever possible.
(2) JOVEM APRENDIZ or its partners shall not be held liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from:
any inaccuracy or lack of completeness of the information, delays, interruptions, errors or omissions in the provision of the data contained on this site;
any decision or action taken by the user or third parties on the basis of this information.
(3) The content, photographs, trademarks, titles, sounds, videos, data, graphs, tables, historical series and services offered through the site are the property of JOVEM APRENDIZ or its partners, and may not be reproduced, transmitted, exploited, stored or used in any way. The user assumes any and all liability, of a civil and/or criminal nature, for the improper use of any and all material on the site.
(4) Some services on the site are only available for a fee. The user will be informed when the service they are trying to access is not free and will have the opportunity to choose whether they wish to pay to access the service.
(5) The website and its services are subject to possible interruption, technical failure or temporary unavailability.
(6) JOVEM APRENDIZ disclaims any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from the lack of availability or continuity of operation of the website and services.
Comments
(1) The content of comments published on the site is the sole and exclusive civil and criminal responsibility of the registered user and/or visitor. JOVEM APRENDIZ is not responsible for any damage allegedly resulting from the opinions and comments made by third parties.
(2) The comments published, however, will be moderated and JOVEM APRENDIZ may, at any time and at its discretion, delete, in part or in full, any text that infringes the legal norms or the rules of these terms of use, or even as a result of complaints, without this generating any liability for JOVEM APRENDIZ or any right for the registered user and/or visitor.
(3) Comments must not contain advertising messages, pornographic, crude, racist or offensive material; information on illegal activities and incitement to crime; libelous material; insulting or defamatory statements.
4. it is forbidden to publish any material protected by copyright without the authorization of the author or his/her representative.
If any of the above rules are breached more than once, or if illegal activities are found, the registered user and/or visitor will have their commenting permission canceled.
(5) At any time and unilaterally, JOVEM APRENDIZ may cancel the comments system without prior notice.
How to access comments
(1) To be eligible to make comments on the YOUNG LEARNER website, the user must complete a registration form providing true and accurate information. This data will be protected by JOVEM APRENDIZ (see Privacy Policy).
(2) Registration will entitle the non-subscriber to use the comments area and to read up to 5 news items exclusively for subscribers per month.
(3) JOVEM APRENDIZ records the IP address from which the user accessed the comments system, in case it is necessary to identify the author of a comment.
